Learn valuable self defence skills aimed at protecting yourself against strikes, grabs, chokes, holds and anti-rape. This workshop for women 16 yrs + .You do not need to be physically fit or strong. Techniques learnt apply to current crime in South Africa. Cost R250 per person.
